What is theathleteplace’s Cancellation And Refund Policy?

 

Cancellation and refund policies differ according to the payment term.


One Off Payments
In the event you would like to claim a refund for a product or service we have provided we will do our upmost to satisfy your needs. Your needs and satisfaction are our number one priority. We hope that together we can create a platform that looks out for, supports and helps the athletics community to thrive. Please contact us below if you wish to claim a refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests for TAP Masterclasses. This is because we must use the event income to pay for elite-athletes. We hope you can understand.

Monthly Subscriptions
If you cancel a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with the forthcoming months of your subscription will be terminated. You may inform us of your intention to cancel at any time. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund. However, your content access and member advantages will continue for the rest of the existing monthly billing period.

Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription, all future charges associated with the forthcoming months of your subscription will be terminated. You may inform us of your intention to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.
